Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 4, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of TrustWillAdvisors websites and services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Educational service, not a law firm

TrustWillAdvisors provides general educational information about wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, and related topics, and may help visitors connect with independent, licensed estate planning attorneys. TrustWillAdvisors is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service certified by any bar association, does not practice law, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

No attorney-client relationship

Using this site, completing the questionnaire, or requesting a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship with TrustWillAdvisors or with any attorney. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when you and an attorney agree to it directly, typically through a signed engagement agreement.

No recommendation or guarantee

Questionnaire results are based only on the answers submitted and are educational in nature. They are not legal advice and are not a recommendation to purchase any document, service, or plan. Whether a will, trust, or other instrument is appropriate depends on your complete circumstances and the law of your state. Attorney availability, fees, and services vary.

Consent to communications

If you submit contact information and provide the required consent, TrustWillAdvisors and participating attorneys or law firms may contact you using the information submitted, including by telephone, text message, or email. Communications may use automated technology where disclosed. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent through the opt-out method provided.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the site only for lawful purposes, and avoid interfering with site operation or attempting unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Third parties

Attorneys, law firms, and technology providers are independent third parties. Their services, advice, fees, privacy practices, and conduct are governed by their own terms and professional obligations. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions, and we do not endorse or guarantee the work of any attorney.

Intellectual property

The TrustWillAdvisors name, design, text, graphics, and site software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from site use or reliance on its content.

We may update these Terms or modify the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
